Payment Terms and Conditions for Photography Website​

 

Payment Methods:

a. The photography website accepts payment via multiple methods, including credit/debit cards, online payment platforms (such as CARD or UPI), and bank transfers.

b. Cash payments are not accepted for online transactions.

 

Pricing:

a. The prices displayed on the website are in the local currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or fees.  

b. The photography services may have different pricing options, such as hourly rates, package rates, or customized quotes depending on the client's requirements.

 

Payment Schedule:

a For standard photography services, the full payment is required at the time of booking or before the scheduled shoot.

b. For larger projects or customized services, a deposit or partial payment may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.

 

Refunds and Cancellations:

a. In the event of a cancellation by the client, any payments made will be subject to the following refund policy:

    i. Cancellations made [5 number of days] or more before the scheduled shoot/project will receive a full refund.

    ii. Cancellations made within [10 number of days] of the scheduled shoot/project may be subject to a partial refund or                       forfeiture of the deposit.

    iii. Cancellations made within [15 number of days] or less of the scheduled shoot/project may not be eligible for a refund.

b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [ 15 number of days] from the date of cancellation.

 

Late Payments:

a. If a client fails to make the payment on time, a reminder may be sent, notifying them of the outstanding payment.

b. In the case of late payments, the photography website reserves the right to charge late payment fees or interest as specified by local laws or stated in the agreement.

 

Intellectual Property:

a. The ownership and copyright of the photographs captured by the photographer remain with the photographer, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. The client is granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the photographs for personal or non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

 

Dispute Resolution:

a. In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to reach a resolution. b. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, either party may choose to pursue legal remedies as outlined by local laws and regulations.

 

Amendments:

a. The photography website reserves the right to modify these payment terms and conditions at any time.

b. Any changes made to the payment terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.​
